Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the product is faulty, damaged, or not what was ordered.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must email us at Salam@hudoodapparels.com and also WhatsApp us with complete details and clear pictures of the issue.
- Upon receiving the complaint, our team will verify (vet) the claim and contact the customer within 24 hours.
- Once the claim is approved, customers will be asked to opt for a refund or an exchange.
- For refunds: The customer must dispatch the parcel to the communicated address and share the COD slip. Upon receiving and verifying the product, COD charges will be reimbursed, and the original payment will be refunded within 7 working days.
- For exchanges: The customer will confirm the replacement product. Our rider will deliver the replacement within the designated time and collect the returned product at the same time.
- Requests made after 48 hours or without proper evidence will not be entertained.
